superchargers being shipped out

Just got an email from Texas Toyota that they are shipping the 4.7l superchargers to customers outside of the us. Seems if you have a contact in Canada or Mexico, you may be in luck. Price is 3900. They will document the sale to show the unit went outside the US. Does this mean they are close to bringing them back? Why Canada but not us? Can't imaginethere are any differences in the engines.

I don't know if its for this years or next years 4runner production but doesn't the US have a 4runner production facility?

All the 4runners are made in Japan, which is why its difficult to option them out exactly like you want. Pretty much try to find one as close as you can. If you want it built, its 6 months. Now if we could get one of our members north of the boarder to become our shipping hub, we could get some sent here.

I think the Tacoma's, Tundra's and Sequoia's are made in the USA but not the 4Runner.
