Superflex install question

Pulling out the rear springs to install superflex and I'm assuming what's on the spring the last owner installed is a spacer lift and not to be used on the new coils? Never messed with springs before so I have no clue on this.

Yep. Looks like a spacer to me. Did he take out the bumpstops as well? Cone looking rubber piece

Yea, nothing but the spring and that rubber spacer
