surco 45x50

i am guaging interest in a 45x50 surco rack. the rack has 4 hellas facing forward and 2 hella 550s facing the rear. The rack has been lightly used. It is not dented or anything. No rust at all. It will come with 4 thule load bars(square ones) I am not willing to part out with any of the lights. Im thinkin around 425
