Suspension opinions please

I would recommend factory '99 tall front springs on '04-06 Tundra 5100 shocks. I say Tundra, because they have 5 height settings. I have that setup on the front of mine and love it. I am on setting 4 of 5, and that put me at 2.25-2.5" lift.
I have the ToyTec Superflex rear coils, but they are probably more lift than you're after. I like the rear being higher than the front, and the Superflex give 3.75" lift. I took the center bump stops/coil isolators out, which lowered it 1/4-3/8".
5100 shocks in the rear are a little soft, but I think they're the best option for the price for me.

Keep in mind, having no rear bumper makes the rear look higher, and my tires are 315/70R17.
Edit-
Found a pic with the bumper on.

Anyone have info on installing the Bisltein 5160 in the rear of the 3rd gen?

Seen only a couple threads, but since they are none made specifically for 3rd gens, does someone have part #s / additional parts that were required to get them to fit?

Thank you sir. Ill get knee deep in these posts. I am somewhat new to the forum and learning daily how to navigate through its boundless information.
