i have a 2005 4runner sport 4wd v8, with the xreas suspension. My problem is when i bought it from the previous owner it had pro chomp extreme a/t (LT285/70/R17) with a 3 inch spacer lift from toyotech, which is a awefull combination with the stock x-reas. my suspension is gone and is dangerously soft. what i need is to know is what suspension parts do i need to fix this mess. i will eventually change out the tires to smaller ones like bfgoodrich a/t. but for now i have to keep the 3 inch lift b/c of the tires. i got a pair of stock rear trd bilstein shocks for a really good price. i just dont know what else i need. i will do some mild off-road, and i also might get a cbi offroad rear swing out bumper and a front possibly, when i have some spending money! i thinking of these for the front (2003 - 2009 4Runner Front Coil-over Shock Kit - ICON Vehicle Dynamics) but i dont know what i need in the rear for coils from the added weight of the bumper or bumpers. Would this be a bad combination? the icon front set with stock rear shocks and coils?
