Just bought a 2017 TRD off Road and love it so far.

Now comes the fun part. I have been extremely blessed over the past few years and have been lucky enough to get the 4 Runner and still have a little over $6K left to add to it.

My family and I love camping in remote places and with my old 2007 2WD DoubleCab Tacoma we had to turn around a few times because the road got rough and am hoping to not have to do that as much now.

So far this is what I want to do.

Full Skids
Gobi Stealth Roof Rack
Rock Sliders
Front low-pro bumper (with winch)
2-3" Lift

My question is, knowing this will be our forever vehicle I am trying to figure out which lift to go with. I have never had a lifted vehicle and am new to this aspect of it so any advice/information would be appreciated.

Use the search bottom. But from what I read here so far people is going with bilstein or toytec. There other companies to does lift too like fox, kings and OME.

I generally hate when people answer questions with "do a search". But in this case what other answer could there be? A vague question: I've got money burning a hole in my pocket and think I might want a lift - what should I get?" There Are literally hundreds of threads on this topic, many current. Don't be lazy. Do some research, post specific questions after if you still have them.
