Suspension Questions (need ideas)

I'm planning to put new leaf springs, shocks and torsion bars on my 88 4runner. My plan right now is to get the Downey rear leaf springs with a 2 inch raise and their torsion bars. Has anyone had experience with Downey products, does this seem like a good setup? Now any suggestions for some shocks? I'm looking for something fairly inexpenive like the Rancho 5000's. The guy I talked to at Downey wanted to get me on Bilsteins in the front and Doestch Tech MV12's in the back. I'm not sure I like that idea, plus he was going to charge me like 70 each for the shocks. Any suggestions would be appreciated, also will the two inch raise allow me to run 32" tires?
Thanks
