Does anyone have torque specs for the front, and rear suspension. I will be installing a spacer lift this week ,and want to make sure i have all the tools and specs I need. I', thinking at least, strut mounts, upper ball joints, sway bars, front and rear, and anything others that may help. Nut/bolt sizes would help also, Think I have a set of metric 14mm - 19mm sockets

2011 LTD, 3 weeks old...let the modding begine

Cheers

Front Torque Specs:

Upper Struct/Coilover = 47 ft lbs 14mm I think, might even be a 13mm, not too sure
Lower Strut/Coilover = 70 ft lbs 17 mm I think
Stabilizer Bar->Knuckle = 52 ft lbs socket not sure
Upper Control Arm = knuckle = 81 ft lbs 17mm I think or 19mm
Lower ball joint-> knuckle = 118 ft lbs 19mm I think
Skid plate uses 12 mm if your gonna take that off for any reason, plastic in front of skid uses 10 mm.

Rear Torque Specs:

Upper shock = 18 ft lbs 14mm I think
Lower Shock = 72 ft lbs 17 mm I think

I'm just going off of memory for the socket sizes, 14mm-19mm should cover it all

Yeah. Definitely click on Nashmans FSM link and download it. It's the most valuable tool available here.

I cannot thank you enough Nashman for making the HTML version. It's awesome. Thanks again!!
