Suspension upgrade please help

I'm looking to purchase a new suspension for my 2014 4Runner Trail Premium. I want to get something a close as possible to the suspension on the TRD PRO 4Runner. I called Longo Toyota, where I bought my 4Runner, and they said i cant install 2015 parts on my 2014 model. My budget is around 3,5k for suspension and tires.

I would do an Icon setup. Better than the pro and you can have the valving tuned

I second the icon setup, its a little more $ but you didn't just buy a $30-40k truck to skimp on the suspension.

Also, forget the dealer, they obviously don't know what they're talking about and if they wanted your business they would have worked with you to recommend something they could install. If you ever find yourself in the LA area see Frank at south bay truck and 4x4. He just did my Icon stage 2 and he knows his shit. I'm sure there's a few good shops local to you too, search the forums and look for referrals.

First off what are you planning to do with your rig? There's no point to spend thousands of dollars for suspension if you don't plan on hitting some dirt. Most dealerships will tell you to only put parts and accessories of the same year for liability purposes. Now for the good stuff two words my friend KING suspension. I love how my KINGs ride especially with the compression adjusters you'll basically get to choose your ride comfort. ultimately best thing to do is find someone with the suspension set up youd like and go for a ride compare ride quality
