Swap 2016 TRD Pro stock Bilstein's for later model FOX shocks

My 90k mile 2016 Quicksand still rides great but I'd like to know if A) it's a direct swap and B) do they have any benefit to ride quality?

yes direct swap
quality is hit miss with some leaking, if you find a good price on a used set give it a try.

If you wanting an improved ride would Id recommend a dobinsons set up. I wish I wouldve pulled the trigger when I found a set up a few years ago. The trd pro 6112 /5100 set up is great still.

So there have been QC consistency issues with the Fox one's? I just want to keep this vehicle with factory parts as much as possible.

I assume springs are the same as well?

yes , I do recall reading a few complaints on these forums. The TRD line shocks are just 3rd party parts.

6112 front
5160 /5100 rear

Fox
not sure of part #s

id recommend dobinsons, once my 6112s start leaking ill most likely go that route
