swapping manual for power seats

Hi Folks;
I was thinking of buying used limited power seats for 400$ a pair from a junk yard in another state and shipping it over here. So I wanted to hear the wisdom of others that may have tried this.
I have a manual cloth '04 sr5 4runner with power lumbar and no airbag. I notioce one molex connector for the power lumbar.

1 ?) has anyone swapped out the manual seat for a power seat ?

2 ?)Does anyone know if the molex connector I have is all that is needed for the power seat, or do i need to connect more relays ?

3 ?) Not sure if there are aftermaret items for stuff like this already ?

Thanks
Ian

LTD should be heated too. That takes a plug to each side (comes from flap in carpet under seat near the tunnel. You'll also need the switches that fit in the console for the heaters.

Each plug is already there under the flap? I wanna do this too!

I installed the aftermarket Rosta seat heaters - I don't recall any wiring already being there. There is a long link here on installing the Rosta kit (search on seat heater). It includes the switches (they are lighted or adjustable with a rheostat like the OEM ones though - just hi/off/low). They come with a control unit that is attached each seat bottom. So when you remove the LTD seats look for wiring going to perhaps a similiar OEM control boxes and the wiring to the switches in the center console (and try to get those switches too). A/V1 had the OEM switches listed for sale on the FORUM too.
