The front sway bar links are super expensive to replace, considering that they're two six inch pieces of metal. My mechanic and I couldn't find them anywhere other than the dealer and they charged upwards of $90 a piece. My mechanic told me he felt bad charging me that much because he knows most other car companies only charge about $10/per. I posted on here several months ago asking for advice on where to find cheaper parts, but nobody replied with any solutions.
You can drive for as long as you want without them, but when you do get them replaced, you'll notice a HUGE difference in the truck's stability when cornering/turning.
You can get a real good luck at where they go by removing the front wheel. You'll see two parallel bars whose ends line up that look like they should be connected together by something. That something is your missing link.
