sway bar links

The other day i noticed my sway bar link was broken it had bent so bad it broke I went ahead and replaced it.Its been fine ever since but today i noticed the other side is bent but hasnt broken yet.Am i being to hard on my truck when i go offroading or is something else causing this.Does anyone have this problem?

The problem is, the stock OEM end links are garbage. They're too thin, and if you look at 4Runners with 80-100k miles, most will have at least one broken link.

Go to www.wabfab.org and get some real sway bar links (they're quick disconnects, too, which judging by your avitar, you'd appreciate). :bigok:
