How was he able to dismantle the DAC switch to change the bulb or led inside it?

Since the day I first sat in a newer T4R, I've been a little annoyed by the orange. Just not an orange person, and I've always loved the TRD white cluster gauges. I'd love to do this, or rather erm, have it done. I know nothing about soldering!! How come they don't teach that in Home Eq????? Even when I took the Shop class, as I was irritated by all the useless stuff, I learned how to weld...but this mod terrifies me!!!
I wonder if this is something one can take their car to a shop to do??

would love to change the orange to a white. But after seeing what you have to take apart I think I will just imagine the change.
