Switching to Mobil 1 Full Synth

I'm thinking of switching over to Mobil 1 full synth and my baby currently have 45k miles. Can I still switch without anyproblems? Also, which mobil 1 is full synth? I know they have like bunch of different types out (i.e. Mobil 1 extended life oil, etc..)

Wow. I'm in the same boat, lol. I'm planning on doing the 60k service soon, and switching to Mobil 1. No there is nothing wrong with switching to synthetic now. Better now than later.

Front Diff - 3 pints
75W-90 - Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube

Rear Diff - 6.5 Pints
75W-90 - Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube

Trans Case - 3 Pints
75W-90 - Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube
^7 quarts total

Engine (V6) - 5.5 quarts
5W-20 - Mobil 1 Extended Performance

ATF - Mobil ATF 3309 (I think) 14 quarts

ok you confused me even more now..haha..
I thought mobile 1 extended performance was like synth blend??
Front, rear, transfer case...is that the ones you squish it through the zerkings?

I'm pretty damn sure it is a full synth. Front, rear, transfer case, visit here

ATF is automatic transmission fluid. Mobil 1 3309 is NOT a synth because it is made to alot of different standards. it is equivalent of Toyota's Type-IV.

The 5 speed trans has WS synthetic fluid. The diffs and transfer case have regular gear oil.
