T1808 Scion compatability question

My 2003 4th gen has the original HU stereo, but id like to try to get a T1808 with an Ipod cable.

Does anyone know if the Scion T1808 will plug n play in my 2003 4th gen? Will it allow me to continue to use the steering wheel controls?
