T4r limited lease inq

We just leased a limited t4r but my concern is that the vehicle has 800 miles on it.the dealer said they gonna deduct it in our 10k miles/year and our lease starts on zero.do u guys think that's a fair deal?

Not sure if this helps you in your decision BUT...

Where you run into issues is with warranty work. Toyota only warranties the vehicle based on the milage on it, not from the milage you bought it at.

I got mine as a delaer demo with 8k on it. It was not till later I found out about the toyota care running out and the 3/36000 mile bumper to bumper not being from the day I purchased the 4runner.

If you already committed to the lease, what does it matter if it's fair or not? Kind of way after the fact here, lol. Just forget about it and enjoy your new vehicle

IMO, it sounds fair, 800 miles is not exactly a whole lot in the grand scheme of things, and it's even more insignificant if you don't plan to buy it out at the end of the lease. In that case, 800 miles more is just 800 miles more the next owner has to deal with.

Get anything a dealer SAYS in writing, succinctly. And remember, whatever this is, is between you and this dealer, and not likely recognized by Toyota. In the grand scheme of things, 800 miles isn't much.

We are leasing ours also and the dealer almost had to get 1 from 300 miles away. I asked the same question, He said no matter what the mileage was when we received it my warranty would start like it was zero.

Then I went out into the parking lot and ordered a 3" Radflo lift and 285's
