T4R lurches when turned off in 4x4...why?

I have a 94 4Runner, automatic transmission. When I turn the vehicle off it will lurch if I still have the 4x4 engaged. There needs to be a little pressure on the drive linkage. Like from parking on a slight incline. It moves only a little bit but none the less none of my 4Runner friends around here have the same issue. It is thought that the vacuum assisted shifter has a leak and when the truck is turned off the vacuum is lost and it ?slips out of gear? Right now we think it is not a sign of a bigger issue. Anyone have this same issue?

It will lurch when in park with 4WD engaged and your foot off the brake?. if so never has happened to me.
