Nah, looks to me like he is just trying to decide which wheel to pee on first.

heh he actually did pee on my tire the 2nd day it was here, i've had it for a while though. I like the hitch, the one thing I don't like about it though is how the shackle it self is connected to the main hitch piece via a steel screw-bolt. That means someone could technically walk up and take the shackle part if they wanted to. I've already got a lock for the hitch itself, may end up getting one for the shackle.
