T4R won't start when parked down hill....

I know that sounds absolutely crazy but it's true... I have an '87 T4R that will not start if it is parked facing slightly down hill. I have replaced the battery, alternator, starter, coil, spark plugs, caps and rotor, power cable, ground cable, ect.... Turn the key and it just clicks. Volts are reading 12 or better. So what do I do.... wait 10-15 mins and try it again and it cranks on the first try. It has never not started if Im parked on a flat surface or slightly up hill..... Any ideas? Thanks, Joel

it sounds like when you nose down your getting a short i had the same problem cehck to see if there is anything moving in the system like a loose cable or something along those lines

I troubleshoot phone lines and T1s for the phone company. You wouldn't believe how many people will throw thousands of dollars at new phone equipment without knowing whether or not the equipment is bad first. The techs I work with do the same thing, swapping out cards and routers with no idea if they're really defective. Looks like you're doing the same thing, and in the process you've introduced 30 new variables to your problem.

If the trouble can be reproduced, then get a voltmeter and a couple jumper wires and start hunting. Isolate the issue before replacing anything else.
