I'm sure some of you have noticed a slowing decline in getting prizes out and announced early in the months. So, beginning with the 1st gens in August, there will be no prizes. For now, at least.
Gathering prizes has proven to be a little difficult. This is due to a range of concerns. Mostly and honestly, it was the time and dedication it takes to arrange for all of it. It takes time to email/call sponsors and get in touch with the right people. Don't get me wrong, there are some FANTASTIC sponsors here on the forum. There are a good handful of them that would step up to the plate and were just as excited as I was to donate. But some other sponsors were just non responsive and didn't know or allow me to get in touch with the people responsible for sponsoring.
At some point, I'd like to arrange for prizes months in advanced. Preferably for the entire year. But with my move last year, a couple of family emergencies, and life in general, I was not going to be able to commit the time I needed to.
I hope to bring back the prizes in the future. Or at least do something for the T4RoT Year. I apologize to the forum for not keeping up.
I'd like to take the time to thank all the moderators and other volunteers on this forum. Especially the guys that set up the polls each month. Without your use of your free time, we wouldn't have such a great forum to be a part of.
