Taco Tx Edition Wheels on 4th Gen Runners

I really liked them off the truck but on the fj wheels look much better.

Def agree with this. They're great looking wheels but personally I'd stick with the FJs

FJ wheels are in my garage for now.

I would love that set of FJs on my 4r...anyway you are ready to get rid of them?

Hard to tell how they look because your tires are puny. Put some beefy tires on and they might look better. But as is, I think I agree with the posts above that the fJ wheels look better. They appear more "solid"

I like the setup except for the cap. Seems to showy to me.

Honestly, I wasn't too happy at first but it' s slowly growing on me. Like XXAARRAA pointed out, the tires look puny even though it's the same tires from the FJ wheels. The Tx Edition wheels are wider therefore it allows the tire to spread out more which makes the tires look wider from the back or front but look shorter from the side .
One benefit having the wider wheels is that the ride seems a lot more stable. I think I'll settle for the stable ride vs the looks for now until I can slap some bigger tires.

I didn't realize the wheels are wider. If so, throw on some spidertrax, put some taller/bigger tires, remove your rear mudflaps (you have to trim it, cannot just remove it) and your rear end will look really good ala BMW X5!
