fronts fit, the rears need a new bushing to work but they are cheap. search around for the info on that

Yeah do a quick search on Tacoma Suspension Swap.

And these are the bushings kevinpt mentioned:
Energy Suspension 9.8108G 3/4" Hourglass Shock Eye Bushing

The part numbers for the shock bushings needed are 9.8108g (black) or 9.8108R (red). Those are part #'s for energy suspension bushings. I picked mine up for $100. Leveled it out quite nicely
