Please try! I want to know if front Taco springs will lift the 4Runner 1.25-1.5 in the front like I think they will

In theory there's enough DNA between the 2 vehicles that it should work. The weights are close enough that a 4Runner should ride similar to a Taco after the swap IMHO.
