Tacoma TRD Off Road vs Sport suspension

Okay so I know the off-road have progressive springs and the sport have linear springs, both have 9 coils so the height difference should be minimal. So I guess I'm wondering which one will have the better ride quality paired with FJ rear springs?

i dont know whats better but i went with off road coils

fj rears and it did great on the trail all weekend

I know this thread is over a year old, but how is on the ON ROAD ride quality with the Tacoma TRD Off Road? Just picked up a set and trying to decide if I should get Sport coils instead of the Off Road before I install.

on road is fine. you cant build a off road truck and expect it to ride like a cadillac. i do like the setup i have and it handles bumps better then stock but does not ride as smooth as stock
