I just found out that I can put my tail gate window Up and down with my key . The other thing that I discovered is that you can lock your tail gate with your key. Meaning even if you unlock your car from inside or from your keyless entry it would no open unless you put your key in and turn it the other way. I hope this info will help someone

On a similar note:
I found that if I unlock the truck (RS3000 alarm) and only open the hatch, after about half a minute the rest of the doors lock up again if one of them is not opened and closed in that time period... Don't leave your keys in the back.
