Tail Lights for 2nd Generation

Hello, i'm new here, I was wondering where I could find the tailights for the 2nd gen. with the backup lights in them? Like the one pictured here

IIRC I think the trucks with the spare tire mounted on the rear tailgate had them and if your spare is mounted under your truck they are next to the tag.

Good question, this is the first time I have ever seen those.

They didn't come on any N.Am. versions, and I haven't seen them on any of the Hilux Surfs around town either... I hope we get an official answer on this.

The North American models with the swing-away tire carrier has the reverse lights mounted in the tailgate.
I have only seen those lights in pictures of Japanese versions. I have visited quite a few Australian 4Runner (Hilux Surf) websites, and they didn't have lights like that.
