Any luck with this? I am actually looking for the exact same thing for my 2003 Limited. Water is getting in somehow from all the rain and has caused some rust on the lower portion. Let me know if you find anything.

I'm afraid of paying a small fortune for a replacement and then having to get it painted to match.

I was in this boat for a while. Wound up buying an entire parts 4runner for 500 bucks and yanking the lift gate, then selling off over parts to break even. But I still have to get it painted and installed eventually which will be at least 500..
