I pulled the trigger and bought some LED Taillights off Partznet. Swap out the lights and the parking and brake light works fine but the reverse and turnsignal lights arent working... I swap out the old bulbs from the original housing to the new lights.. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks

Its been awhile since i've done this mod...and it might be stupid, but I think I remember the lights needing to be twisted in so they can touch the contacts. Try twisting the sockets a little harder into their mount to see if there's that one last oomph to get it properly seated.

You might need to check those bulbs if the inner thin wire inside of 'em are not broken. Those bulbs are fragile and it only takes a good shake to break. Other than that, there's a groove to insert the bulb (turn clockwise). So pretty much only one way to put it in (clockwise) and one way to take it out (counter-clockwise).

:iagree: I had the same problem but realized it just wasn't making a connection. I grabbed pliers and twisted them on so I could get some leverage but do this at your own risk. There could be a chance of it braking by doing it that way.

MikesToy may be right as well. Doesn't take much to bust one of the bulbs.

On the ones I used they had to be installed with the polarity correct so if they didn't work the first time I had to turn them 180* and they would work. On a standard bulb it doesn't matter which side is positive or negative but on the LED's it does....on mine anyways. Not sure if they're all like that?
