My back window has the marks from the packing tape. It was kind of an emergency, so I using packing tape and forgot about it. Now I have that sticky substance left behind. Any idea how to remove it?

Goo Gone, WD-40, citrus cleaner (forget the brand name) would all work to safely remove adhesives. You can find these in the paint section of Lowe's or Home Depot. Just ask for adhesive removers.
Sure, just be sure to rinse the area with mild detergent/water after getting the goop off. Leaving solvent on a any surface is not the best thing to do.
IMO the citrus degreasers leave the least residue and residue can be removed with water. Goo Gone and WD40 tend to be more oily.
