How about it any one have the story on the wire dilemma? Something about a diode ?? Is Tekonsha standing behind their products ??

They are aware of the T4R issue and are releasing a new harness shortly. The part number is 3041-P . I am told that it will be available by the end of the month.

I've had zero issues with the currently available PnP wiring harness (3040-P).

Curious, will those of us with the old harness be able to swap ours out or we need to buy it again I wonder?

according to what I have read the current adapter for the prodigy controller back feeds the fuse box triggering several warning codes to the ecu some need to de reset by a Toyota dealer. I do not want to damage my truck
