Tensioner Pulley Assembly - Can the pulley itself be just replaced?

2004 4Runner V6 SR5 4x4

Can pulley for the tensioner pulley assembly itself be replaced without replacing the assembly? If so could you please provide me with exactly what pulley I would need? Thank you

Yes, I did it on my 2005 V6 SE. You must buy the entire assembly...then you can swap only the pulley/bearing.

For a 1GR-FE, the part # is 16620-31012.

I see the part number being 16620–31011 (and 16620–31010 being the old part number before TSB EG012-03). At least this is for a 2003 1GR–FE engine. Your part number is cheaper at partznet than these though, no issues with that one?

Edit: Figured out myself. 1662031012 is the part # for tensioner on 05. 04 is the 16620–31011 tensioner, no clue the difference.

Note: bolt is left hand thread ( don't ask me how I know).
