TexasTJ, I always forget how paralleled our rigs are. I am in week 9 of the Gobi wait for what appears to be the exact same rack you got.
2 questions.
1)You got the 'no rise' option right? I ordered that myself and was curious on the max height it goes. Website for the base is 6.5" but with the no rise I am picturing it at around 5".
2)You don't seem to have an LED light bar across the front of the wind deflector, what mounting options does the 'no rise' give you?

Luckily for you, I think they've shortened their lead times by a few weeks from when I ordered.
Sorry I would've replied sooner, but my wife took the 4R out of town.
1) I went no rise, looks to be about 5 3/8"
2)no light bar up top, no rise can come set up for light bar or not. I chose not, so it has the vertical support bars. I could still add a few smaller leds if I chose to.

Awesome, even at 5-3/8" I should be no more than 6'8" give or take. Shouldn't have an issue with getting into and out of my garages.
Did you have to call Gobi when you went into production on the LED portion?

My wife parks it in the garage at home and a parking garage at work every day, no issue. I actually ordered from a Gobi dealer, but I just ordered the stealth, no rise, multi light setup (instead of light bar setup).

Well I do have 285s and a full 3" lift over stock pro height right now. I think at my highest point with the stock roof rails I am at 6'4", which those sit about 2.5" above the roof line.
My work garage is 6'-10" and my house is about the same. I think I should be good with the no-rise rack as well.

She was just backing out of the garage, she couldn't have been moving that quickly, but yes she does. Especially since I'm spending the last few days of my current week of vacation to try and get it fixed before we leave for Canada on the 22nd.
I literally have 20 miles on them so far. On the drive home they felt smoother, and a little softer, but the Nittos were pretty close to worn. I'll post an update with out trip to Canada since we will be stopping in Moab on the way back home.

Thank you! Cement was by far our favorite color, we were actually looking at Anvil JKUs before hand. I don't understand why you can get an SR5 Tacoma/Tundra in any color through multiple years, but not the 4R. I guess it works out better for me, I've seen two Cement 4Rs this week listed for over $44000.

Works out for both us, I haven't seen but 4 total different Cements in the Dallas area since we got ours. IF I ever went to sell, wonder what the price would be.
What mileage did these 44k have?

25-35k miles. We don't plan on selling any time soon, which is good because we're going to pass 50k miles next week.

We made it back from our road trip! We didn't get to do the off-roading that I wanted to do, but we had a great time. This was my first time out of the country, but my wife has been to more countries than I have states. We drove through 6 states and 2 Canadian Provinces totaling 5,714 miles. We hiked about 55 miles in four days, kayaked about 22 miles in one day, rafted class 4 rapids, and drove about 45 miles off-road. We visited Glacier National Park (Montana), Banff National Park (Alberta) and Jasper National Park (Alberta). We filled up the tank 26 times, averaged 15.69MPG and spent $1,031.47 in gas.
Google Maps wouldn't let me map out the specific route we took, but this is close enough. We took the Forestry Trunk Route (FTR/Hwy40) in Alberta, Canada.
Day 1: The first day was simple, leave our house near Fort Worth, TX and make it to Denver, CO to stay with a friend for the night. We had dinner together and tried to go to a little amusement park, but it was closed by the time we finished dinner.
Day 2: We left our buddy's place drove straight through Wyoming, and headed for Lewis & Clark National Forrest where we had a nice quiet camp site all to ourselves.

Day 3: The next day we made it to Glacier National Park. It was overcast and the clouds were low. We made our way over to the Trail of the Cedars and Avalanche Lake for our first hike via Going to the Sun Road (GTTSR) which luckily opened the day before we arrived. Avalanche was one of the prettiest hikes we did on the trip, but also one of the most crowded.

We made our way over to Many Glacier to hike up to Grinnell Glacier.

Just before where the trail is supposed to have pit toilets it was closed off due to the snow lingering and avalanche danger. As we rounded the final corner before the trail closure we noticed two grizzlies, approximately 30ft away from us. They looked up at us, and then thankfully went back to eating. We snapped a picture and quickly headed back down the trail.
As we were headed back to camp at the Avalanche Campground, we spotted this Mountain Goat on the GTTSR.
