Thank You!

I really just wanted to create a thread that says thank you to everyone on this board for making this such a great online community to be a part of! This is the only board that I am this active on and I appreciate everyones thoughts and opinions on different things. I also want to thank everyone for making sure my wallet stays empty from the constant need to make the 4R even more BA :D.

It amazes me to see the "old timers" that have upwards of 2,000 posts! I wont mention any names but these guys are a huge part of this community and without them a lot of us would not have the information to do such sweet mods such as the constant 12v or bumper lense mod to mention a few!

It's great that such a sweet vehicle can bring people together!!

I salute everyone on this board for being great contributors to our community!

I'll second that. I get one of these threads started for me every so often on the other board http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/index.php
Where, under the same screen name, I have over 25,000 posts. You heard that and I typed it right, 25,268 as of right now. Been there over 4 years helping out others on Honda VTX motorcycle questions. :D

:biggrin2: Yeah, I've been called that a time or two. My posts really went up after I got laid off and went back to school. Wife and I have been together for 21(married for 17) and when I was a firefighter in the late 80's early 90s I worked a second job and she went to college at night. After I became injured and left the firehouse, I drove a truck and got laid off. Wife said if that wasn't a kick in the butt to get me back in school(we had been talking about it, I was just scared a little) she didn't know what was. So, being a student, working on the computer at home all day, I became the post whore of the VTXOA :biggrin2:

Yes I agree too. This site is so nice compared to other boards i have been to/seen. The mods do a sweet ass job to. Sorry to go of topic but, LV4R, have you ever been off-roading up in the mountains near you? Any just normal road that POS Ford Focus, which is what we get to drive while there, can do around March 21st to the 30th? lol. I would like to take pictures and it would be nice and relaxing to go up there. I'm asking because my grandma and grandpa and my aunt lives there.

I have never been on it but there is a dirt road on mount charleston that would be alright for a car I believe. I know someone on this board has driven it and took pics as well. I think that it starts somewhere by the historic mount charleston hotel and I am not sure where it ends up. If I find anything out I will let you know! You may also want to search charleston on this board.
