well I am a new member to the forum. Although I wanted to thank whoever posted the tech. specs on how to install the auto-dimming mirror with compass. I was able to sucessfully install the mirror with little difficulty.
I am a 3rd gen owner of 4runners which is to say I've owned 3 (1990, 2001) and my most recent is a 2004 sport V6 4wd.
I have browsed for a long time and I want to thank you all for the knowledge. This forum is full of incredible amounts of great advice.

I decided to join the forum mostly to thank whoever posted the Toyota document to install the auto dimming mirror. I could not have done it without it! I plan to also install heated seats and a respectible stereo.

You're right about the wallet...although I'm not going to do a bunch to this truck I don't think. I am going to do the heated seats and I'd like to put 18's on it but not sure what else I will end up with.
We'll see...
