That is correct when compared to an H11 bulb. This would be a simple and functional way to enhance your H11 Led fog lights.

However, the 2014 4runner uses an H16 bulb for the fog lights, so this bulb will literally double the light output compared to the stock bulb.

The Philips H11 LED bulb is definitely the unicorn. It provides awesome color, and a functional beam pattern for fog light applications.

They are not the right H11 LED bulb for the headlights though... If you're looking for something that is a little more cost effective, checkout the XenonDepot H11 LED headlight bulb.
