I'm really curious to see how your backup camera looks!!

I'm looking for a good rear view camera and I want to make sure Ita a good quality and has a nice fisheye to it

those seat covers look so damn good... i want em!! also who's fj wheels were those that were painted gun metal with the trd emblems? those would looks so efffing sick on my runner cause they would match the plastic. i am thinking about painting my stocks gun metal but i think my stocks look too crappy to even waste my time paintin. i cant wait to see your wheels complete and on your ride... they look good.

Thanks for the compliments on the seat covers and the rims. About the fj rims on that pic...those were on ebay but I didn't bid on them I was going to but the guy ended up removing them because he sold them locally. I am waiting to hear from him because he wa s going to get mi the caps only due to the fact that I finally got me a set of fjs.. I need to email him to follow up on that. Those are modified OEM TRD cap to fit the regular FJ rims. Yeah I am having a little trouble to get my new tires tho' but waiting to get the ones I really want. Hankook Dymapros at RF10

Yeah.. I had the coverkings first but definitely the wet okole's are better.....I been getting everything bit by bit..I am also getting the Sirius SAT radio for the HU. just waiting for the parts to get here sometime this week. Planning on getting some headrest monitors as well.

OK..so finally I decided to go ahead and work on the HU installation along with the backup camera Ipod interface and bluetooth adapter.

Had some trouble removing the dashboard pannels at first and started getting frustrated..couldn't get a hold of no one because my Internet wasn't working properly (my luck..lol)..well..finally took everything out and installed the HU and the backup camera...I chose to put the camera on the inside until I can figure out how to mount it in the outside like with the license frame or something like that. I installed it manually..so it turns on when I want not just on reverse. It was pretty easy plug and play thing. couldn't figure out the bluetooth nor the Ipod Interface..and off course got frustraed because didn't have the Internet to get help but my phone .

Well long story short...here are some pics of the installation...I didnt take pics of everything off because I was kinda upset...

The first pic is where I decided to mount the camera for now didn't place it in the middle because the t4r.org sticker is in the way .
BTW the camera has a very very nice picture quality notice that it was placed inside and the back window is dark and still get an real good image quality...I am very happy with the camera ....and the HU its absolutely amazing...the sound quality goes above my expectations and i havent even install the amp and sub....havent check the video yet..and the Navi I think I need to place the antenna some where else...I wil be working on the corrections this coming weekend.

Yeah..after a lot of research for a bunch of months I decided fto go with dynapro (whenever I get the money...lol..)...the only thing is I dunno if I should get the "P" or the "L"....there are just a few bucks of a difference...so not sure yet...I dont do offroad but deal with a lot of snow in the winter time so I am guessing the "L" are better in the snow?....Am I right?

how does the auto dimming mirror work? ever thought about buying those broadway 300mm + mirror, they clip over the stock and give a better visual, i have the biggest they make, the 400mm and i can see the whole tailgate window.
