how does the auto dimming mirror work? ever thought about buying those broadway 300mm + mirror, they clip over the stock and give a better visual, i have the biggest they make, the 400mm and i can see the whole tailgate window.

Still awaiting installation I am still working on the MM .... SUBS/AMP/SiRIUS ETC ETC. Doing everything myself so I am going a little slow.
When I am done with that I will install the mirror or take it somewhere to get it done. I will def let you know how it works

I always thought our mirror is auto-dimming

Limiteds got the dimming mirror standard. It was optional on SR5 and Sport Edition.

Auto dimming is standard on the Limited. Dunno about the SR5s and SE's. Anyways if someone behind you puts his brights on (at night of course), you will not be blinded. :boink:

Auto-dimming lights don't react instantly (I.e. Someone putting their brights on) it's a progressive dimming for when it gets dark outside

I got them just in time..we are getting hit early overhere it looks like its gonna be a bad winter here in Indy . Couldn't do it anymore with the crappy stock tires.

I got it at Autoanything.com ...I think they are the only ones that carry this particular brand bullbar in all Black (Steelcraft) .I got it a year ago so dunno if someone else is selling it now.
