The First 2008 I saw on the lot

The first 2008 4Runner I saw was a limited 4X4 V8 for $43,179 in Southern California. I did not look at what other options it had. This price sounds steep though. The most expensive limited model I saw for 2007 was 39,000

well, at $43,179 it probably has navigation, side curtain air bag, what we called option A up here in northern California. $39,000 is probably the base Limited msrp without any options. that sticker sounds about right to me.

:iagree: Definately a loaded up V8 Limited 4WD. Mine stickered for over $41k. I think the most expensive Limited I've seen was a V8 4WD with RSES, side airbags, X-REAS and air-suspension in 2006 which was north of $45k.

Funny, the first 2008 I've seen is also a Limited 4x4, this one in black. My local dealership still has it. Chances are, considering that our and the other Sport and SR5 on the lot have been there for months, that Limited's gonna be sitting there a while.

Still, I like the blacked-out grille.
