I prefer Whoppers over any burger McD’s has. However their eggs McMuffins and chicken McNuggets are pretty good.

And BK always has much better deals through their app compared to McDs, like complete combo meals starting at $3 or $4. I do prefer McD's breakfast menu though.

Agreed. Most people don’t remember that one.

I’m old enough to remember the McDLT. You couldn’t buy a McDLT combo meal, at least where I lived (Chicago area). McD had trouble making money off it. That’s probably why they stopped making/selling it.

Burger King is alright.
I now actually enjoy the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, ever since McDonalds went to fresh beef on those. It’s a solid burger considering the source.

For fun:

I remember eating these on college tour road trips with the old man.

My favorite menu item is their sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, now that they have breakfast all day that's what I usually get.

Out of all of the fast "food" breakfast selections Hardee's Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit reigns supreme...

If any of you have a White Castle nearby, they might surprise you with their breakfast. I personally prefer their bacon/egg/cheese on toast (sausage and ham also available, I think). Just like you’d make it at home.

My father and brother wanted McRibs Wednesday night , told them "I fly you buy"

A meal was like $9, no thanks just the McRibs ($4-something) plus found a buy one get one free fries deal on the app so we split two larges. Nothing too special, the liquid smoke seemed overdone. Sticking with BK from now own, could've gotten a complete meal for less

In my recent travels I tried this delicacy. I think the McRib was really good actually. I liked it better than the regular burgers McD's has. You can get them in the mid $3 range too depending where you are.

I make my own :) I have a BBQ catering bizz as a side hustle here in NJ, so naturally I gotta do it myself.
