The old 4WD not working 2000 SR5 t4r

From reading all the post on the problem I believe I have narrowed the problem down to an electrical issue. I have vacuum to both VSV's but none leaving either. My main question is where the heck is the ADD relay located? I have a 2000 SR5 4runner without the shift on the fly button. Dose anyone have a diagram of the wiring for this style. Thanks in advance for any help
