the seasonal idle issue

Can someone point me to a diagnostic chart with photos and detail on what affects the idle speed? I have various superficial posts but would welcome a link to something definitive.
The vehicle is a 1993 3.0 automatic.
The timing is good. There are no vacuum leaks. The injectors are clean.

Find or buy a copy of the FSM. Many many things affect idle speed. What is the idle doing? Occasional high idle? Low idle? Surging? Stalling? Stumbling? When was the last tuneup? Fuel filter? TPS good? Grounds clean? Break booster good? So many possibilities. Need more infor

Last tune up was 2 weeks ago including timing belt and water pump, fuel filter and new fuel tank. Low idle that seems to be temperature related is the problem. Same issue before and after the tune up.
In the summer, the car has a warm start up issue where the idle is way too low for the first 2 minutes or so after it was running and shut off. The winter seems to be less of an issue if you like to live with 1200 rpm.
The TPS has been tested and adjusted to perfection.
One of the temperature sensors was changed out but I'm not sure which one my son changed.
The brake booster has not been checked but the brakes work perfectly.
