Wow incredible, do you already have spacers on the wheels? Or none at all?

Any plans to lift the front more to match the rear and make more clearance for the tires?

What else is in store?
 
Looks awesome, agree with the above poster.....put some off-road lights on the bumper for a cool look and functionality. Or consider an LED bar, which are awesome too!

Thanks I'm really happy with it. The front coilovers are set at about 2" of lift right now and I plan to bring them up about an inch but want to let the coils settle in a little first. No wheel spacers right now. I do have a set of all-pro 1.5" spacers but they cause major rubbing in the back of the front fenderwell so I am trying not to use them. The rubbing I am getting is only on the front of the UCA at full turn, not in the fenderwell.

Lights are on the list but a rear bumper and sliders are on the list ahead of them. We are also looking at a roof top tent to take the family camping in.
 
So my question is now for you. I am looking at doing close to the same. i like the combo you used.... With those tires, how do our truck perform? MPG drop much? Power still good for getting up and going? I am not too big on the MPG thing, but just curious. I am coming to a 2004 SR5 with the v-8 from a 3/4 dodge diesel. lol. yeah. Bit of a difference. Thanks!

I literally just got the tires on today and so I cant speak to MPG's but there is a loss of low end power but not to bad. I have a set of 3.91's front and rear to go in and according to the calculators It should bring everything back to about stock. Most guys go with 4.56's or 4:88's but for us V8 guys it becomes an inexpensive option to find a wrecked V6 runner or FJ cruiser and they will bolt right in. I lucked out and found a FJ curiser rear with elocker. Will be going in soon.

Maybe just switch to FJ Cruiser wheels with a different offset and that "might" help with the front rubbing. It won't push them out as far as the 1.25" or 1.5" spacer.

That's a good Idea and I've thought about it too. I just missed a set of the new 2011 Trd with the circles on craigslist last week for 600 for 5. Well I will keep my eyes open. BTW Got it aligned today and that took care of some of the rubbing but not all. It tracks great but my camber was not where I wanted it. about 2 degrees positive. The tweaking of the front end continues.

Do you know if Demello makes plates to cover the stuff that's exposed in the lower corners... like the windshield washer bottle, etc?

Thanks, the ride is a transformation as well. I don't think Demello sells a cover but I am in the process of relocating the washer bottle into the engine compartment anyway. Shouldn't be too hard. By the way the 35 would have rubbed on the washer bottle if left in the stock location.
 
So to take care of the rubbing on the UCA we picked up some FJ Cruiser Wheels and it worked. NO rubbing and man they look sweet.

Next up

1. install front and rear axles with 3.91 gears and rear e-locker
2. Rework flares and cladding with a fender black to match the front bumper. should look great.
3. Sliders
4. Wheel and camp the snot out of it
 
finally got it out to put it through its paces and I have to say it really did well. Should be near unstoppable with gears and a rear locker, (still to come)
