Theres a squeeking in the rear when im driving

it is getting worse and worse very quickly it started 2 days ago.


I think its my ball beariings so if anyone could tell me the parts and labor estimate i would appreciate it i would just like to know what im expecting to pay.

and if you guys think its something else let me know.

Don't you think a little more info would be beneficial? How do you duplicate the squeak? Turning? Driving straight? Braking? Going over bumps? Drinking a diet Coke at 37mph with a 15mph tailwind and a full moon? You simply can't say I have "a squeak" and then expect an estimate for repairs.

Well at first it was from braking lightly now it will do it at constant speeds and if i brake hard to make the car lean forward it will make the squeeking stop but then when i let off hte breaks the squeeking will come back.

But when it started it was only at low speeds when i was braking lightly

Now its whenever i brake high speeds, low speeds turning at low speeds.

I am trying to help you, but with the way you're attempting to describe your issue it's very hard to try and figure out what you're saying.

Outside the truck: If you bounce on your rear bumper does it squeak? If so have someone else bounce on it while you get underneath and find the noise.

Inside the truck: I think the rear seats are known to squeak.

If your brakes are not on, will it squeak going over bumps?

check your coil springs in the rear and make sure they are properly seated on the perch. if that doesn't work go and buy a can of "silicone" liquid wrench and spray everything that looks like it's made from rubber...... otherwise do like others have suggested get out of your truck jump up and down on teh bumper and try and track the noise down...

it squeeks when i turn at slow speeds and brake lightly and im not sure if its from the rear or front some days are worse than others some days it will squeek when i drive straight at 40 mph but it will always squeek no matter what when i brake lightly or when im turning under 20 mph

And it doesnt squeek whenever i jump up and down only when its in drive
