WEll...thats the only thing they have stated on the add..but I have emailed the seller with some questions..I think if I offer him 900 he will accept

To be honest....I wouldn't mind investing up to $1,000 in minor repairs like belts and gaskets, brakes etc...things like that to put it in shape..then after that start the heavy mods...like tires , lift, aftermarket bumpers etc etc...all that crazy offroad stuff...lol
