Things to do in Sedona

I have this posted in the southwest section, figured I'd post it here as well for more suggestions.

I'll be in Sedona from the 23-25.
Any suggestions for things to do, see and eat would be appreaciated.
Gonna also try to spend a few hours on the trail/sightseeing as well head to downtown/uptown area. TIA

make sure you have a good camera, that place is a photographers dream. I dont think you will have trouble finding good places to eat, there are great places everywhere.

I go off road over there now and then. It is awesome. If you are going to go off road I will give you some ideas. Otherwise the city is to rich and expensive for me. If you are staying near there and are on a budget stay in Cottonwood. You can also visit the old mining town Jerome from Cottonwood.
A lot of rich snobs live in Sedona but it is pretty to drive around.

Sedona is beautiful. No matter what you choose to do you will not regret it. When we go we tend to just cruise around the back roads and trails so I am not much help outside of that.

There are lots of hiking trails around Sedona. Find one, go for a hike, and bring your camera.

I wasn't impressed with any of the restaurants there, so I can't recommend a good one.

Oak Creek Brewing is a must. West Fork of the Oak Creek is a great place for hiking. Can't go wrong in Sedona.

Will definitely hit up some trails, hiking and wheeling. Was hoping to get some specific suggestions on must do/see things. Also picked up "Guide to Arizona Backroads & 4-Wheel-Drive".

I heard Broken Arrow and Soldiers Pass are good trails. if all else fails follow the Pink jeeps.

Take the scenic drive up 89a that goes through Prescott, Jerome, Sedona, and Flagstaff. Amazing!

The last picture looks like it was taken from Schnebly Hill road. I was there about a month ago. I had forgotten how rocky and bumpy it was.

I live in Cottonwood, only 20 minutes from Sedona.

Most of the well known restaurants in Sedona are way over priced and the food is over rated. Go eat at Grapes in Jerome, Storytellers in Camp Verde.

There are plenty of little forest service roads scattered throughout the area that take you to some pretty neat places. Get yourself a Coconino forest service map and go have some fun. As mentioned, following some to the Jeep tours can get you into some fun places, but be aware that some just go down dirt roads that aren't very exciting.

Can I clear it in stock height 4x4? Saw a video of one drop where im concerned that my rear bumper might scrape?

Go hiking in the forest ..... There really is a forest and its awesome!
