Think this tread pattern would be LOUD on road?

I would suspect they are loud and an uncomfortable ride.

When the company that brings them in from china says the tread design was created to be "Fascinating", I don't have high expectations.

What 02SE said. Plus, the site you linked is totally Chinese. Can't you see from all the language and descriptions? Click on their "About" tab. I'm sure they'll get better at fooling us eventually, but you have to be able to identify lame, mimicked, oh-so-cool product descriptions. And typos.

I do not off-road today. But if I decided to do so, I'd check out the numerous posts on here from guys who have bought and installed tires. Personally, I would avoid tires made in China, and would prefer tires made in the USA.

I wouldnt even expect that tire to perform well off road. Yes its got lots of grooves, but they arent cut in a way that promotes cleaning out the tread. It MAY look cool but dont expect it to be a good tire, last long or really do much in the rain.
