Thinking about new CBI front hybrid bumper

Hey guys, I'm been looking at a lot of bumpers for the 3rd gen and I had to down to shrockworks and CBI. I picked CBI because of the price and weight, so before I pull the trigger I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts, concerns, or comments. Thanks in advance!

I like mine. It's solid. I got it before they changed the front plate from bolt on to welded and I heard it was harder to bolt up the winch. May want to double check on that though. Don't quote me.

They are amazingly built products. If I didn't have an ARB then I would have bought the font hybrid to match my rear.

Great company to deal with too.

CBI's hybrid really matches up nicely if you have the flares.
I did it without any help holding it up to the frame by myself
so my troubles were my own fault. Also, contact them if you have issues.
Great customer service. The guy that actually built it talked
to me and resolved my problem.

I like mine, but I can't deny it came with a few headaches. I received the wrong bumper originally and had to wait a month to get my correct bumper. Once I got the correct bumper, only 4 of the 10 mounting holes lined up, so I had to take a die grinder to the holes to make it fit. Some of the holes were misaligned enough that the threads were not even visible behind the bumper's mount.

I love the look and the quality, just expected more from a bumper I dropped a grand on.

I bought a Shrockworks in a group buy and after helping a friend install his decided it was too heavy for me on my DD. I bought the CBI hybrid and I was able to bolt it up by myself, while still feeling confident about the build quality and front end protection. I'm not sorry I went this route. Plate bumpers are nice, but a lot of extra weight to lug around.
