Third Brake Light Options

[V8 Runner]

I recently found out half of the LEDs on my third brake light is dead. I did some research and came a cross a few older threads and notice that a lot of people are saying its expensive to replace. I have a 03 sport with the spoiler and was wondering if anyone have any input on what brand of replacement i should get.
