Third party alarm

Hello, I have a 06 4runner with remote doors lock and unlock using fobs with Toyota symbol on it. I want to install a prestige alarm system with it. Can I program and still use the Toyota fobs or I need to use the set comes with the alarm system. If not Prestige brand then what other alarm system can work with my existing Toyota remote controls.

You'll have to use the new alarm remotes with any system.
